1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Lipsius, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Lipsius is an AI-powered strategic intelligence service that provides autonomous market research, competitive analysis, demand validation, and related capabilities to founders and teams. The service is accessed via Telegram and a web dashboard.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Free beta and billing

  • The current beta is free and usage-capped.
  • Paid Starter, Builder, and Scale plans are available from the dashboard when your account is eligible to upgrade.
  • Pricing, credit allowances, and billing terms are shown before you complete checkout.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you have concerns.

5. Credits

The Free Beta includes a one-time credit allowance that does not renew monthly. Paid plans include monthly credit allowances. Credits are consumed by interactive agent usage. Automated background tasks (monitoring, briefs) do not consume credits. Unused paid-plan credits do not roll over.

6. AI-generated content

Lipsius uses AI models to generate research, analysis, and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before making business decisions based on it. Lipsius is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or strategic advice.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Lipsius to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the service

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lipsius is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
